About Param Kahlon
Param Kahlon is the General Manager for Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Program Management Team. He is responsible for driving the product roadmap & strategy for CRM and strategic incubation projects. Param has 20+ years of experience in strategic planning, CRM product management, and new product introduction.
Param came to Microsoft from SAP/Sybase where he was the Vice President & General Manager for Mobile Applications Unit. Param also led Solution Management function for order management and customer service product lines at SAP. Before SAP, Param led Product Management for Siebel Customer Order Management and Siebel Field Service product lines
Param holds an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science & Engineering from Punjabi University, India.
