This track is geared for the more experienced Dynamics 365 & CRM Administrators with advanced topics covering configuration and no code customizations for Dynamics 365 & CRM administrative professionals.
This track is designed to help all new administrative or IT owners who are responsible for their Dynamics 365 & CRM environment. This will include topics across out of the box management of your Dynamics 365 & CRM system, including user setup, security, relationships, data management, integration, standard form and entity customization, and more.
This track is focused on custom extensibility and code required modifications made to Dynamics 365 & CRM. Both beginner and some advanced extensibility concepts will be shared.
This track is centered around Dynamics 365 & CRM buy-in, understanding the role of Dynamics 365 & CRM for the organization, and collaboration with other departments and teams. Topics may include enterprise-related content around change management and multi-site or departmental deployments.
This track will focus on topics to ensure the organization adopts and uses Dynamics 365 & CRM, including adoption, gamification, and training.
This track will cover Dynamics 365 & CRM application use for those in selling, sales force automation & remote user capacity. From leads, opportunities, mobile scenarios, and other SFA best practices this track focuses on all items pertinent to the mobile worker and true sales user of Dynamics 365 & CRM.
This track will exclusively focus on the role of the marketing user or marketing use of Microsoft Dynamics 365 & CRM. Thought leadership and functional use case sessions will be shared on marketing best practices with Dynamics 365 & CRM.
This track will focus exclusively on the role of all service use and customer engagement activities tied to customer, field, or project service within Microsoft Dynamics 365 & CRM. From case management to omni-channel support this track will focus on everything customer care related.
This track will share and explain Dynamics 365 & CRM’s purpose and relationships with other Microsoft cloud technologies. This may include O365, Power Apps, Flow, Azure, Email and SharePoint integration.
The Power BI track will allow you to dive into Power BI and come home with an action plan. Produce amazing reports and dashboards that your company can safely consume from anywhere. Anyone can use Power BI and we’ll be offering sessions ranging from a business user new to the product to developers who want to customize and take it to the next level. Join us to hear from the Microsoft Power BI team about new and exciting additions, and what the possibilities are for your data.
This track will feature topics to view, dissect, and understand your Dynamics 365 & CRM data. It will include sessions utilizing out of the box capabilities with charts and dashboards but also explore Fetch XML, SSRS, and of course feature Power BI learning.
This track will feature success stories of users sharing their Dynamics 365 & CRM story, both challenges and successes. In addition, this track will also feature functional use presentations or how to demonstrations of literally using Dynamics CRM & 365.
This will be a standing computer lab with loaded machines utilizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 in a trial/test environment. Common administrative and business user scenarios will be provided to provide hands on lab learning during your D365UG/CRMUG Summit experience. These are beginner to intermediate labs.
This track is commonly understood in User Group for Dynamics 365 & CRM (D365UG/CRMUG) yesteryear as "Conduits or Influencer" sessions where attendees listen in and see future iterations of Dynamics 365 as presented by the Microsoft Dynamics 365 R&D team. This user given feedback will help shape the future of Microsoft Dynamics 365.
