Param is responsible for driving the product roadmap & strategy for CRM and strategic incubation projects. He has over 20 years of experience in strategic planning, CRM product management, and new product introduction.
Param holds an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science & Engineering from Punjabi University, India.
